  • William Hipple has not only earned his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certificate from the Human Resources Certification Institute, but has also earned a Bachelors of Science in Organizational Leadership and Learning from the University of Louisville, a Human Resources Analytics Certification from Cornell University, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science in Organizational Development. William alone has lead hundreds of interviews for a wide range of positions from entry-level manufacturing positions to Manager and Director-level positions.

    William also served many billets during his time as an active-duty Marine. William spent years working as a Regimental Training Officer, scheduling training for a vast amount of MOS’s and working with all branches’ servicemembers. Additionally, William served as an Equal Opportunities Representative, completing his training at Miramar Air Base in 2018.

It will generally take longer to complete Senior, Federal-level resumes while entry-level and Professional resumes are a bit less time-consuming.
